Lo starbucks all'interno dell''hotel è aperto solo due ore al giorno, la piscina ha degli orari sbagliati dato che chiude alle nove di sera e apre alle tre del pomeriggio quindi per chi fa un check in la sera e parte la mattina successiva non c'è possibilità di utilizzarla. Il parcheggio è un po caro. La colazione non è inclusa.

The man who drove the free shuttle to the airport at 6 AM Monday, July 11 was so courteous and well- organized! I wished that I had had a fist full of dollars to give him as a tip. All the suitcases were put in by size (top/small, mid-shelf/medium, bottom/over-size). Brilliant and easy on the back! Thank you!

The location in terms of being close to the airport was good.

The breakfast that was $18 a person was not very good for that price. We had to make our own waffles, which were not very good. There was no French toast or nice presentation. It was disappointing! I had two rooms, one was a handicapped room and no one was handicapped. The shower did not have a lip or bath tub so water went all over the floor. Should give the room a floor water brush. The second room sink faucet was loose. It moved all over the place. The pillows were to fluffy for my neck it was uncomfortable. Also the handicapped room air conditioner unit kept my family up all night (room 1209).

Before we arrived at the hotel the shuttle service driver was remarkably kind and helpful. Upon our arrival to the hotel, we were treated with the highest standard of consideration and attentiveness. The restaurant was by far the crowning jewel of this experience. Brian and his team were like the family that truly lives and appreciates you so they're genuinely happy to see you! In fact I was so overflowing with the joy of a positive atmosphere (expecially in NYC) that I hosted a free hug service!! I was able to give and receive hugs from all walks of life without so much as even a frown from onlookers. This is how humans are to live in peace and harmony together. Simply, treat people the way you want to be treated and it translates into health. Grateful for the experience. Sincerely.

I enjoyed the steak I ordered some much, I didn't even realize that I was on my last bite lol I did however lack a comfortable table to sit and eat at while dining in my room. With accommodations like these, a table with chairs to eat at in the rooms would be over the top amazing.

The employees were all very attentive and very helpful.

I was in a handicapped room but the room was not up to handicap code. The toilet was not tall enough and there was not a walk in shower which a handicapped room has to have.

Convenient location to Airport

Cleanliness- Corridors looks as if they hadn't been vacuumed in a long time along edges. Hair found on toilet seat in bathroom on arrival to guest room. Just not fresh, Hilton is better than this. A disappointment, staff were friendly. Evening shuttle driver drove van like a crazy person on arrival. too fast!

Staff were friendly and tried to offer assistance. Close proximity to JFK airport. Shuttle service offered is good.

The aircon in the room is so noisy that it is impossible to rest and get any sleep. Due to the noise level, we were forced to switch off the aircon and the room became too hot, so we had to switch it back on. We did not get much sleep at all. The staff advised us that many guests complain about this and we found it strange that nothing seems to have been done about the noisy aircons. Soup ordered in the dining room took 45 minutes to come out. Vending machine on 6th floor took our money but didn't give any products. This is our first stay at a Hilton Hotel and we were very disappointed.

Beds were clean and comfortable, there was a very helpful lady at reception

No bellman service, the rooms smelt bad, the carpet is very old and dirty and the bath/shower was terribly stained
